The lovely Cimon Hotel is situated near the shopping district of Torquay, only a 9-minute walk from Abbey Park. Located just a minute's drive from the coastal Living Coasts Zoo, this 4-star smoke-free hotel offers views of the sea and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
The property is nestled in the very heart of Torquay, merely 5 minutes' walk from Upton Vale Baptist Church. Cultural sights in the area are Torquay Musuem (1.4 km) and Torre Abbey Museum and Gardens (1 km). Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to Torre Abbey Sands, which is around 15 minutes' walk away. The Cimon Hotel stands quite close to Torre Abbey, popular with pilgrims and tourists alike. Abbey Road Health Centre bus stop is just 5 minutes' walk from this lovely property.

During my recent stay at Cimon, I found it to be an intriguing mix of value and luxury, especially for travelers like myself who appreciate comfort without breaking the bank. The hotel is well-maintained with very clean and spacious rooms that provide a nice breeze, perfect for the warm weather. One noteworthy aspect was the complimentary welcome drink, which gave a friendly touch to my arrival. The breakfast here deserves mention too; A good range of options available means you can fuel up well for a day of exploring. The communal areas are welcoming and clean, making it easy to unwind. While the swimming pool area looked inviting, I wasn't able to try it out during my short one-night stay. The on-site free parking makes it exceptionally convenient traveling by car. In terms of value, Cimon strikes a great balance—offering essential amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and a snack bar, without feeling overly indulgent.
